The amount of time dedicated to each of our properties varies based on the complexity of the estate and the needs of its principal. Whether you own a 2,000-square-foot condo or a 20,000-square-foot lakefront vacation home, we offer an option to fit your needs and budget.

Just In Case

Simply need someone to hold an additional key to your property? Spring Creek can do that. Key Holder Clients provide us with the key to their property for use in emergencies, guest access, vendor access, and other "just in case" scenarios. Fast and Efficient

Our foundational home maintenance contract, the Basic Package provides principals with light support in keeping their homes up and running. This package includes management of regular vendors such as housekeeping or landscapers, running home appliances weekly, once-a-week property walks, and a weekly report to the Principal.

A Bit of Everything

Our most popular offering, the Premier Package provides moderate support for Principals and their estates. This package includes everything from our Basic Package in addition to flex hours for those extra tasks that are unique to your property. Flex hours are fully customizable and can be used for everything from refueling a boat to watering a special plant.

It includes an Estate Management package of your choice in addition to a part-time Concierge to help with personal tasks, all at a reasonable price point. HOW IT WORKS

Let's get started!

When you first reach out to Spring Creek Estate Management we will set up a time to speak to you over the phone and get to know you a bit. We will informally discuss your needs with you (even if you're not sure what they are yet!) and talk about potential options for your property.


Next, we will arrange a time for Spring Creek Staff to tour your property so that we can put together a clear plan. During this time we will also ask a few more detailed questions about your preferences, expectations, and objectives. The more information we get during this stage, the better!

Once a plan is decided on we will do a brief Principal Onboarding. As this is happening we will establish a start date, introduce you to any additional staff who will be working in your home, and ensure all access permissions are granted. Once the keys are in our hands we will be getting straight to work.
